Kelly James 01 - 05/02/2011
Well after having a little break over Christmas and then slowly cutting things out again through the beginning of January, im back to my strict diet Yey!!! I'v just finished writing my training program where im planning to hit legs 3 times a week! :-O I know this is my weak spot so im going to be hitting them hard!!
Time to up the cardio for the next couple of weeks ready for my photo shoot with Miami Pro fitness clothing. Im going to be doing 20mins interval training before breakfast every morning till the shoot and weight training 4-5 evenings a week! :-).

Hey Guys :-) What a week! Had a great photo shoot in London for Miami Pro on Sunday! Thank you Angie for being so welcoming :-). Photographs will be on very soon !!! Well it’s been a busy week for me, my two beautiful children are off school. I like to keep them well occupied! Football, dance classes, pictures, swimming, arts and crafts, shopping! It’s been hectic but they have enjoyed every minute and more to come tomorrow when we are off bowling for my Birthday :-). I’ve still kept up my training every day except today and my diet has been spot on. Made up all my chicken and rice each evening for the two days to follow and packed the car with bags of nuts, bottled water and emergency protein shakes to keep me right on track. It is hard when the children are off school especially with the lifestyle we have and they have a better social life than me that’s for sure haha. I manage it though and it has got a lot easier I guess because I'm just use to it now. I am still tempted to nibble on the odd thing they are eating but as long as that is all it is a nibble! What’s the harm right! :-). Don't forget to keep a look out for my pictures from the Miami Pro shoot! They will be added over the next couple of days :-). I had an awesome time at the Grand Prix Expo in London at the weekend. Took part in the model shoot comp, i will find out the results from that in a couple of weeks! It was great to be around so many inspirational people :-) Caught up with a few familiar faces and met some great new people too. Next comp is at the end of May, I’ll be entering the Body Fitness class at the UKBFF north west Championships. I’m making a few changes to my diet and training this time, adding more carbs and another meal but upping the cardio. TRAINING Monday- 9am legs followed by 45mins cardio Monday evening- Tri's and bi's Tuesday- Early morning cardio before breakfast 45minsTuesday evening- shoulders Wednesday- Early morn cardio 45mins before breakfast Thursday- 9:30am back and chest. 45 mins cardio Friday- 9:30am legs. 45mins cardio Saturday- 9am shoulders. 45mins cardio Sunday- early morning cardio 45mins before breakfast Check out some of my new pictures from the model shoot comp! :-) Happy training guys ;-) |

After a long wait we have another update from one of our Future Sporting Stars and a chance to take a look at this new set of pictures from her latest competition.
